Dana Stricker graduated Summa Cum Laude from Rutgers University in 1985 and earned her law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1989. Early in her career, Dana served as in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 company in New York City before transitioning to legal advocacy for clients with mental illnesses, where she gained extensive litigation experience. Following this, she focused on legal defense in personal injury cases for a decade.

In 2008, Dana expanded her practice to include Family Law, gaining valuable experience during her tenure at the Administration for Children's Services for six years. Drawing from her diverse legal background, Dana established her own practice in 2013, where she now handles a wide range of civil litigation cases.
